We had a great few days of winetasting and excellent food with Jim! He introduced us to some amazing winemakers and the places we visited were all incrdibly interesting. Jim is one of the most knowledge people I know on wine, and he gladly shares this with his guests. The day we spent in The Swartland my favourite, each character we met and place visited with their own different stories, ideas and strategies. While in the bus, Jim tells of the local history, customs and traditions, not to mention his vast knowledge on birds and plants!
